PRICE
​ Cars are billed at the rate in effect on the day the order is placed. Our prices remain fixed except for export.

MAKING APPOINTMENTS  FOR EQUIPMENT VISIT
​ Since the health crisis, visiting equipment in our garages is only possible by appointment. All you have to do is let us know your availability from the “Contact us” page on our website or call us on +335.

However, the car that is the subject of your visit may be sold if you do not make a reservation on this property.

EQUIPMENT RESERVATION
​ We allow you to reserve our cars to avoid missing the opportunity while waiting for your bank's response or bank delays for your financing. 

Making an appointment for a car visit does not guarantee that it will be available to you. It is possible that before the date of your visit, the car is sold. The reservation of the car is subject to the receipt of a transfer, the amount of which is negotiable to block the machine.

In case of cancellation the reservation amount is fully refunded.

DELIVERY
​ Orders are shipped to the address indicated on the order form or the proforma invoice. In the event of complaints about apparent defects or the non-conformity of the product delivered, the buyer will make clear and precise reservations which he will notify within 14 days from the date of delivery.

DISPATCH
​ The cars are shipped within three (03) working days of receipt of the order and payment of the deposit. This period is only valid for mainland France. For our customers in Dom/Tom, Corsica and Europe, it takes between 5 and 10 days.

RETURNS

With us, you are perfectly safe at all times, with a free return within 21 days.

​

GUARANTEE
​ We sell all our overhauled vehicles with a 12 month warranty. In addition, this warranty is specific to the vehicle and covers all parts and labor and is present at all dealers of the brand of the
vehicle.

We are in partnership with several garages and dealerships throughout the territory, and we will assign you the nearest to you to apply the guarantee. In some cases we come to collect the car by our own means and bring it back to you after 5 days maximum.

PAYMENT
​ We do not accept cash payments. For the security of the parties and traceability of transactions, the methods of payment remain payment by credit card on our site or bank transfer to the account of our company.

A deposit of between 30% and 50% is payable exclusively with the order. Any order not accompanied by partial or total payment will not be taken into account.

At this stage, the sale will be considered completed. Upon receipt of the transfer, we will issue you the invoice and set up the transport (or the withdrawal by you). We will call you to notify you of the delivery. The balance is paid 21 days after receipt of the car.

RETRACTION
​ At AUTOPAU, you are satisfied or your money back! You have the legal period of 21 days from the date of receipt of your order. In case of retraction or cancellation of order, the total amount paid will be immediately refunded.

ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
​ This contractual operation is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute of any kind or dispute relating to the formation or execution of an order, even delivered in the event of multiple defenders or warranty claims, unless the seller prefers to seize any other jurisdiction, the Commercial Court will apply French laws and regulations.
