ARE THE PRICES INCLUDING VAT?
Yes ! All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (all taxes included).
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE AND TRY THE MACHINES?
Yes ! However, due to the health crisis, we have reduced the number of visits per week. To get an appointment, simply contact us by form.
CAN I BENEFIT FROM A PAYMENT FACILITY?
Yes ! With a personal contribution to the purchase, you can benefit from our payment facility or financing at 0% rate over 36 months. All you have to do is send us the supporting documents listed in our conditions of sale.
HOW DO WE PROCEED FOR THE GRAY CARD?
Your gray card is available at the end of the trial period of 21 days after receipt of your order. It is fully supported by AUTOPAU.
Need a new gray card, but no time to go to the prefecture?
Make your daily life easier and come and take the steps in our shop.
You will receive your new gray card directly at home by registered mail!
And to circulate legally in the meantime, we provide you with a provisional gray card.
This is done before your eyes in 10 minutes.
In what condition are the cars offered by Autopau?
Autopau offers high quality used cars, fully reconditioned and checked. The cars you find on our site have been thoroughly inspected by our experts as part of a multi-stage quality control. HOW CAN I BE SURE OF THE STATUS OF THE MACHINE?
We rely on our team of professional mechanics in our Autopau centres. Our experts check each car using the latest technology. We store all essential vehicle information in our database. In this way, we keep track of each car and ensure that we only offer vehicles that meet our quality standards.

HOW IS THE WARRANTY?
We sell all our overhauled vehicles with a 12-month parts and labor warranty and it is present at all dealerships of the vehicle brand throughout France.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF RETRACTION OR NON-SATISFACTION?
In the event of withdrawal, all you have to do is contact us by e-mail to organize the return of the car.
We give you the opportunity to test your new car to find out if it really meets your needs. If not, you can return it anytime within the first 21 days. However, make sure that the condition of the car is unchanged. If the car shows new damage, we will unfortunately have to charge you a fee.

No, at Autopau, you save yourself the hassle of negotiations. We offer you fixed and transparent prices for all our vehicles.
